Terms and Conditions Deposits and Payments: A deposit of $500 is required from each traveler, along with their reservation form, to guarantee the booking of a tour. The remaining balance is due in 2 payments. Airfare payment and Final payment. 1. Airfare Payment is due upon ticketing the flight.
2. Final Payment is due 4 months from the Travel Date.
Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to (aliyahtours@gmail.com) or sent by mail to; Aliyah Tours, P.O. Box 74111, Richmond VA 23236). From your initial tour payment, a $500 deposit is non-refundable. At 3 months prior to the departure date, the cancellation fee includes the deposit of $500 plus 50% of other amounts paid. At 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee includes the initial deposit plus 75% of other amounts paid. Within 6 weeks prior to the departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid. If the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat, or war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and Tour Arrangements: Land: All packages including overnight hotel stays are quoted based upon double occupancy sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Aliyah Tours does not arrange sharing for individual travelers. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels based upon availability when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per the itinerary. Individual passengers and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group are responsible for their own transfers. Flight Arrangements: Our travel desk can take care of all your flight requirements. For self-booked flights, plan to submit your confirmed flight information to Aliyah Tours as soon as you book your flight and at least 3 months before the tour date. Group transfers only are provided. If you require a private transfer, plan to take a taxi and self-pay. Exclusions: Flights are booked separately and in addition to the tour price, unless the flights are included in your tour package price. Other exclusions include airport taxis, private optional tours, charges for passports, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and cable charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included. Passports/VISA Entry Requirements and Traveler Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they possess all necessary and valid travel documents required for entry into the destination country, including but not limited to passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and any other documentation required by local authorities. Admission to any destination is subject to the discretion of immigration authorities. Aliyah Tours has no control over, and cannot be held liable for, decisions made by immigration officers or border control authorities at the point of entry. If a traveler is refused entry to a destination country for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete documentation, visa denial, criminal record, or failure to meet entry conditions:
If refusal of entry results from false statements, misrepresentation, or non-disclosure of material facts by the traveler, Aliyah Tours reserves the right to recover any additional costs incurred and to deny participation in future tours. Travel Insurance: Baggage: Deviations: Unexpected Airline Challenges: Health and Mobility Challenges: The streets and sites we visit are not wheelchair and walker- Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) Requirement - Israel Tours All non-Israeli guests participating in the tour are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to arrival in Israel. The ETA-IL is a mandatory pre-entry approval implemented by the Israeli government in 2025 for travelers from visa-exempt countries. Guests must apply online through the official ETA-IL website at Israel-entry | Page Home and receive approval before boarding their flight. Do not use third party sites for the application process. The cost of the official ETA-IL visa application is 25 Shekels or about $7.50. The application approval should be submitted to Aliyah Tours one month before departure. Earlier submission is strongly recommended to avoid any delays or issues. Approval is typically valid for up to two years or until passport expiration (whichever comes first) and allows for multiple entries during its validity. It is the responsibility of each guest to complete the application accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to obtain ETA-IL approval may result in denial of boarding or entry into Israel, and the tour operator will not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result. Other nationals should contact their consulate for information. For other destinations, please contact Aliyah Tours. Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please contact public health authorities for further information or other destinations. European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) Requirements All non-EU guests participating in the tour are required to obtain European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) approval prior to travel. ETIAS is a mandatory pre-screening and travel authorization system for visa-exempt travelers entering countries within the Schengen Area. The ETIAS visa will be implemented in late 2025. Guests must apply online through the official ETIAS website ETIAS - Home. Do not use third party sites for the application process. The cost of the official ETA-IL visa application is EUR 20.00. (or about $25.00).You must receive approval and provide the approval email to Aliyah Tours one month before departing for Europe. It is recommended that applications be submitted at least six weeks prior to departure, though earlier submission is advised to prevent any travel disruptions. Once approved, ETIAS is generally valid for three years or until the expiration of the traveler's passport, whichever comes first, and allows for multiple short-term stays (up to 90 days within a 180-day period). It is the responsibility of each guest to complete the application accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to obtain ETIAS approval may result in denied boarding or entry into Europe, and the tour operator is not liable for any related expenses or losses. However, they do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property because of any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules, or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour participants. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad, and/or its employees accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or injury due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, hostile acts, terrorism, weather, acts of God, or any other cause beyond their personal control. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad, and/or its employees are not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage, accidents en route, or ill health which may require travelers to miss parts of the tour or to return home without the group. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not on board its own conveyance. The tour programs are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond control require changes, All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees, reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements of the itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Aliyah Tours operators.
