NOTE: The Billye Brim Ministry Tour Itinerary is very flexible, and entirely at the discretion of the host, Billye Brim. A more detailed itinerary will be provided to registered guests closer to the tour date.
Day 1 - March 19 - Trans-Atlantic Flight
Depart from North America to Tel Aviv, Israel. Meals will be served in flight.
Day 2 - March 20 - Arrive in Tel Aviv and transfer to the hotel at the Dead Sea
Welcome dinner and a good night's sleep.
Day 3 - March 21 - Optional Tours or Spa Day
Choice of tour to Masada and Ein Gedi. Or enjoy the day at Yam HaMelach
Day 4 - March 22
Morning study at the hotel. Depart for Ariel. Drive to Beer Sheva. Afternoon learning about Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Day 5 - March 23
Visit Elon Moreh, an orthodox Jewish settlement, Shiloh, Mount Bracha and Shechem.
Day 6 - March 24
Departing Ariel to visit Caesarea and Carmel.
Day 7 - March 25
Visit Magdala, Tabgha, Capernaum, and the Mt. of Beatitudes. Enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
Day 8 - March 26
Travel to Northern Galilee and explore the beautiful Golan Heights. Overlook Kinneret and the area near the Valley of Tears. Herzliya area hotel.
Day 9 - March 27
Learning and a visit to the Migdal-Arbel Prayer Center. Visit Yardinet and a possible visit to Beit She'an, traveling via the Jordan River Valley. Ascend to JERUSALEM! Enjoy the Shabbat of a lifetime for the whole group.
Day 10 and 11 - March 28-29
In Jerusalem, we will visit the traditional Christian sites of Gethsemane. The Upper Room, and the Garden Tomb. We will explore the Jewish sites in the Old City of Jerusalem such as the City of David, the Southern Steps, The Temple Mount and Kotel, the Jewish Quarter. Enjoy a wonderful farewell dinner at the hotel.
Day 12 - March 30
Explore Modern Jerusalem, the Western Wall Tunnels, the Knesset, Yad Vashem (the Holocaust Memorial), the US Embassy and Bethlehem. Dinner and Transfer to the airport in Tel Aviv for your late night flight back home.
Day 13 - March 31
Arrive back in North America
Return Flight to North America with many great memories

- Self-Booking: You may book flights independently, especially if using travel points or mileage. However, please arrange your own airport transfers if you choose this option.

- Payment Method: A valid credit card is required when booking flights. Please have passport information on hand or confirm that a passport application is in process.
Group Transfer in Israel
Eligibility: The group transfer is available if you:
- Book your flight through our travel desk, and
- Arrive within the designated time window set for group transfers.
If your flight arrives outside this time window, or if you book independently, you'll need to arrange your own private transfer via taxi or public transportion.
Aliyah Tours (Aliyah), and/or its agents and their representatives abroad, Billye Brim, Billye Brim Ministries, and Prayer Mountain, their agents or representatives abroad, and/or its employees act only as agents for the tour participants in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, touring, restaurants, or any other services in connection with the itinerary. They will exercise reasonable care in making such arrangements. However, they do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property because of any act or default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company, or person rendering any of the services included in the tours. The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules, or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour participants. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad, and/or its employees accept no responsibility for any damage, delay, or injury due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restraints, hostile acts, terrorism, weather, acts of God, or any other cause beyond their personal control. All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad, and/or its employees are not responsible for loss of or damage to your luggage, accidents en route, or ill health which may require travelers to miss parts of the tour or to return home without the group. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time tour participants are not on board its own conveyance. The tour programs are planned in advance. If between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond control require changes, All parties mentioned in this disclaimer, their agents or representatives abroad and/or its employees, reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements of the itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the Aliyah Tours operators. The right is reserved to accept or refuse any person as a member of the tour.
Deposits and Payments: A full tour payment is due when you book your tour and it is required to guarantee your space on the tour. Airfare payment will be made separately to the ticketing agent at the time of booking.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to tours@aliyahfoundation.org or in writing sent by mail to; P.O. Box 74111, Richmond VA 23236) to Aliyah Tours.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A $500 deposit from your initial tour payment is non-refundable.
- Up to 90 Days (3 months) Before Departure: The cancellation fee is $500 (non-refundable) plus 50% of any additional amounts paid.
- Between 42 and 89 Days (6 weeks to 3 months) Before Departure: The cancellation fee is $500 (non-refundable) plus 75% of any additional amounts paid.
- Within 41 Days (6 weeks) of Departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid.
If the tour is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat or war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances), then the full tour price will be refunded less the initial deposit of $500. Additionally, if a tour is cancelled, an alternative date may be offered. Aliyah may take up to 12 weeks from the date of an official tour cancellation to refund any tour payments as described in the above cancellation policy. Bank fees assigned by the credit card processing platform are not refundable. The guest agrees not to file a fraud claim with their card company if Aliyah abides by the cancellation policy noted in these terms and conditions. The guest agrees to contact Aliyah representatives before initiating a billing dispute with any outside agency.
Tour Arrangements:
Land: All packages including overnight hotel stays are quoted based upon double occupancy sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Aliyah Tours does not arrange sharing for individual travelers, but if you would like to have a roommate and do not have someone in mind, Aliyah Tours will share your name with Billye Brim Ministries for roommate matching if possible. You are not guaranteed to have a roommate match for the tour. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels based upon availability when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per the itinerary. Individual passengers and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group are responsible for their own transfers.
Flight Arrangements: Our travel desk can take care of all your flight requirements. However, if you choose to book your own flight, the cost of your trip would be $4,900.00 per person. You must submit your confirmed flight information to Aliyah Tours within two weeks of booking your tour. Group transfers only are provided. If you require a private transfer, plan to take a taxi and self-pay.
Exclusions: Flights are booked separately and in addition to the tour price of $4,900.00. Other exclusions include airport taxis, private optional tours, charges for passports, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and internet charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included.
Passports/Visa: Your passport must be valid until September 30, 2025
You will be required to provide Aliyah Tours with a copy of your passport within 14 days of booking your tour. If you do not have a valid passport, contact Aliyah Tours with your expected passport arrival date. It can take as long as 12 weeks to process a passport application in the USA. Please expedite passport applications submitted after June 2, 2025. Also note: The State of Israel requires that your passport have an expiration date valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Israel. There is no visa requirement for citizens of the United States traveling to Israel. Other nationals should contact their consulate for information. For other destinations, please contact Aliyah Tours. Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please contact public health authorities for further information or other destinations.
Baggage:
Please note: fuel surcharges are set by the airline and Aliyah Tours has no control over nor receives advance notice of changes. Due to fluctuating global oil prices, the fee may change. The airline will only guarantee the fee at the time of ticketing. If the airline imposes an increase, the difference will be the responsibility of each traveler and will be collected prior to departure.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. Get Travel Insurance here and purchase the amount of coverage you deem necessary.
Baggage:
Suitcases: 1 per person, not to exceed 50 lbs. for 1 bag. Each can measure up to 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Carry On Luggage: 1 per person, not to exceed 11 lbs. Each can measure up to 45 linear inches (length + height + width).
Deviations:
Any change in the basic program will result in a charge of $150 per change per person plus any additional charges that may apply for revised air or land arrangements.
Unexpected Airline Challenges:
Airlines can and will make unexpected changes to travel itineraries due to weather, mechanical problems, and staffing issues. Should your flight be delayed or canceled, it is up to the passenger to work directly with the airline to rebook flights to the intended destination. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for airline changes that cause delays, cancellations, late arrivals, baggage loss, and associated expenses. Group transfers are limited to the original arrival time and will not be available for rescheduled flights. (Air travel ticketing agents affiliated with Aliyah Tours are not responsible for rebooking your canceled or delayed flights.) Travel insurance is highly recommended to address all these challenges and the associated expenses for the traveler.
Health and Mobility Considerations
- Tour Conditions: Tours in Israel often include walking on uneven surfaces, rocky paths, steep climbs, and areas with limited handrails. Many locations are not wheelchair- or walker-accessible.
- Walking Requirements: Expect 3-5 miles of walking per day on most tours.
- Support for Mobility or Health Needs:
- If you have mobility challenges, low vision, or other health concerns, please arrange to travel with a caregiver who can provide personal assistance and stay with you if you need to skip a tour stop.
- For safety reasons, guests who opt out of a stop cannot remain alone or stay on the bus.
- Important Note: If you have health concerns, consult with an Aliyah Tours representative before making a deposit.
- Limitations of Staff Assistance: Representatives from Billye Brim Ministry and Aliyah Tours cannot provide personal care or assistance at restroom stops.
Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for international travel to protect your tour investment. Travel insurance also protects you from costly losses due to emergency medical care, evacuation, trip interruption, and baggage loss. For the best coverage options, including "cancel for any reason" coverage, purchase your travel insurance within two weeks of booking your tour. There will be no exceptions to the strict cancellation policy.

Tourists from many counties (USA, Canada and others) will NOT need a Tourist Visa to enter Israel. However, there are tourists from some countries who will need to obtain a Tourist Visa before travelling to Israel.
