Depart the United States on your overnight flight to Israel.

Day 2 – Tuesday, November 3, 2026
Arrival in Israel / Jaffa / Tel Aviv
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) near Tel Aviv. Depending on your arrival time, you may visit the ancient city of Jaffa, where Jonah set sail for Tarshish, Peter raised Tabitha, and Peter received the vision that opened the Gospel to the Gentiles. Drive by Independence Hall, where the modern State of Israel was declared in 1948. Guests arriving later will be transferred directly to the hotel.

Day 3 – Wednesday, November 4, 2026
Caesarea / Mount Carmel / Armageddon / Jezreel / Sea of Galilee
Travel north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, where Peter baptized Cornelius and Paul stood before King Agrippa. Continue to Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal, then overlook the Valley of Armageddon. Visit Jezreel and enjoy panoramic views of the Jezreel Valley before arriving at the Sea of Galilee.

Day 4 – Thursday, November 5, 2026
Capernaum / Ancient Katzrin / Jesus Boat / Chorazin Candlelight Communion
Visit Capernaum, the center of Jesus' Galilean ministry, including Peter's House and the ancient synagogue. Step back in time in the reconstructed biblical village of Katzrin, visit the first-century Jesus Boat at Kibbutz Ginosar, and conclude the day with a special candlelight Communion service at Chorazin.

Day 5 – Friday, November 6, 2026
Cana / Nazareth / Mount Precipice / Sea of Galilee Boat Ride
Visit Cana, where Jesus performed His first miracle, with an opportunity for couples to renew their marriage vows and all guests to renew their commitment to the Lord. Continue to Mount Precipice overlooking Nazareth, spend time in worship along the shores of the Sea of Galilee, and enjoy a worship boat ride on the lake.

Jordan River Baptism / Gideon's Spring / Dead Sea / Masada / Biblical Wilderness Experience
Begin with baptism or a renewal of faith at the Jordan River. Visit Gideon's Spring, descend to the Dead Sea, explore Masada by cable car, and conclude with a special Biblical Wilderness evening experience under the stars.

Jerusalem / Temple Mount / Old City / Western Wall / Garden of Gethsemane
Explore Jerusalem's most significant biblical sites, including the Temple Mount, Pools of Bethesda, Lion's Gate, Jaffa Gate, the Shuk, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Cardo, Western Wall, Southern Temple Steps, the underground tunnel, Eastern Gate, and conclude with an evening Communion service in the Garden of Gethsemane.

Day 9 – Tuesday, November 10, 2026
House of Caiaphas / Garden Tomb / Upper Room / Mount of Olives / Farewell Celebration
Visit the House of Caiaphas and Peter's Courtyard, the Garden Tomb, the Upper Room, and the Mount of Olives. Participate in a special anointing service before concluding the pilgrimage with a Farewell Celebration Dinner. Depending on flight schedules, depart for Ben Gurion Airport or remain overnight in Jerusalem.

Airport Transfers in Israel (Group Only)

We provide complimentary group airport transfers for all travelers who arrive and depart within the designated schedule.

Please note: We do not offer individual transfers.

Arrival Guidelines – November 3, 2026

To participate in the group transfer:

• Your flight must arrive at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV)
• Arrival time must be between 9:00 AM (or earlier) and before 3:00 PM

Group transfers will begin departing the airport at 10:00 AM.

Departure Guidelines – November 11–12, 2026

To utilize the group transfer for departure:

• Your flight must depart after 8:00 PM on November 11
  OR
• Before 1:00 AM on November 12

Outside These Times

If your flight falls outside the designated transfer windows:

• You will need to arrange your own transportation
• Airport taxis in Israel are readily available, safe, and easy to access

Important Reminder

Please submit your final flight details at least six weeks prior to the tour departure date so we can properly coordinate your group transfer.

Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required from each traveler, along with their reservation form, to guarantee the booking as soon as possible. The remaining balance is due in 2 payments.  Airfare payment and Final payment.

• A supplement for single occupancy must be paid in full with the final payment.

• Credit card payments will have a 3% fee added.  Final payments may be paid by check without a fee.
• Failure to pay the amounts due by the above deadlines is grounds for cancellation of your reservation.
• Cancellation fees will apply if your reservation is canceled due to late or insufficient payments.

Tour Arrangements

Land – All packages, including overnight hotel stays, are quoted based upon double occupancy; sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Aliyah Tours does not arrange sharing for individual travelers. Single rooms are available at additional cost. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, based upon availability, when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per itinerary. Individual passengers, and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group, are responsible for their own transfers.

Flight Arrangements – Our travel desk can take care of all your flight requirements. However, if you choose to book your own flight, the cost of your trip would be $3,545.00 per person. You must submit your confirmed flight information to Aliyah Tours before September 15, 2026, which is six weeks before the tour.

Exclusions - Flights are booked separately and in addition to the tour price of $3,545.00. Other exclusions include: airport taxis (required for private transfers outside of group transfer times), private optional tours, charges for passports, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and cable charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included.

Passports/Visa - You will be required to provide Aliyah Tours with a copy of your passport before (date TBD), which is 6 weeks before the tour. It can take as long as 10 weeks to process a passport application in the USA. Please expedite passport applications submitted after (date TBD). Also note: The State of Israel requires that your passport have an expiration date valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Israel. Other nationals should contact their consulate for visa information. For other destinations, please contact Aliyah Tours.  Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please contact public health authorities for further information or other destinations.

Age Restrictions - All tour registrants must be aged 13 years or older at the time of travel. 

Baggage
Suitcases: 1 per person, not to exceed 50 lbs. for 1 bag. Each can measure up to 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Carry On Luggage: 1 per person, not to exceed 11 lbs. Each can measure up to 45 linear inches (length + height + width). Since all airline requirements differ slightly, please check the airline website for their specific luggage size and weight.

Deviations
Any change in the basic program will result in the charge of $150 per change per person plus any additional charges that may apply for revised air or land arrangements.

Unexpected Airline Challenges
Airlines can and will make unexpected changes to travel itineraries due to weather, mechanical problems and staffing issues. Should your flight be delayed or canceled, it is up to the passenger to work directly with the airline to rebook flights to the intended destination. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for airline changes that cause delays, cancellations, late arrivals, baggage loss, and associated expenses. Group transfers are limited to the original arrival time and will not be available for rescheduled flights. (Air travel ticketing agents affiliated with Aliyah Tours are not responsible for rebooking your canceled or delayed flights.) Travel insurance is highly recommended to address all these challenges and the associated expenses for the traveler. 

Health and Mobility Challenges

Tours in Israel include areas that have uneven footing, few handrails, rocky pathways, and some steep climbs. Click here for Holy Land Accessibility & Wheelchair Access Questions 

The streets and sites we visit are not wheelchair and walker-friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Tour drivers will take breaks and lock up their buses when unattended. Guests cannot be left alone on an unattended bus should they choose to opt-out. If you have health challenges, please consult an Aliyah Tours representative before you put down a deposit on a tour.  

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants, our Israel tours involve a moderate to rigorous level of physical activity.  Travelers should be able to:

• Walk 3-5 miles per day over uneven terrain, steps, inclines, and archaeological sites
• Stand for extended periods during teachings and site visits
• Manage personal luggage, travel documents, and personal needs independently
• Navigate airports, airline procedures, security, customs, and flight connections without assistance from ministry staff
• Keep pace with a group schedule that may include early mornings and full travel days

We joyfully welcome travelers from many seasons of life.  However, Aliyah Foundation ministry staff and tour leaders are not able to provide personal travel assistance, airport navigation support, mobility assistance, medical supervision, or daily personal care. 

Travelers who anticipate needing assistance in any of these areas are asked to travel with a capable companion who can provide the necessary support throughout the journey.

Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) Requirement - Israel Tours

All non-Israeli guests participating in the tour are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to arrival in Israel. The ETA-IL is a mandatory pre-entry approval implemented by the Israeli government in 2025 for travelers from visa-exempt countries. Guests must apply online through the official ETA-IL website at Israel-entry | Page Home and receive approval before boarding their flight. Do not use third party sites for the application process. The cost of the official ETA-IL visa application is 25 Shekels or about $7.50. The application approval should be submitted to Aliyah Tours one month before departure. Earlier submission is strongly recommended to avoid any delays or issues. Approval is typically valid for up to two years or until passport expiration (whichever comes first) and allows for multiple entries during its validity. It is the responsibility of each guest to complete the application accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to obtain ETA-IL approval may result in denial of boarding or entry into Israel, and the tour operator will not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result.

Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for international travel to protect your tour investment. Travel insurance also protects you from costly losses due to emergency medical care, evacuation, trip interruption, and baggage loss. For the best coverage options, including "cancel for any reason" coverage, purchase your travel insurance within two weeks of booking your tour. There will be no exceptions to the strict cancellation policy

Covid Protocol

• No vaccination certificates are required for travel to Israel. Airlines will set their own policy, please ask the airline before booking your flight.
• No Covid-19 testing is required before or during your trip to Israel. Subject to change by state authorities. 
• Self quarantine is requested when experiencing any type of sickness, including Covid-19. 
• No masks are required while on tour in Israel.

DO I NEED A TOURIST VISA TO ENTER ISRAEL?

All travelers visiting Israel are required to obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization for Israel) before departure.  The process is simple and must be completed on the official governent website:  https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/. 

The application takes just a few minutes. Have your passport, email address, and a credit or debit card ready. The official fee is 25 NIS (approximately US $8). After submitting your information, most approvals arrive within minutes, though processing can take up to 72 hours. When you receive your confirmation by email, save it to your phone or print a copy. Airlines and border officials may request it. Email your ETA-IL approval to tours@aliyahfoundation.org as soon as you receive it.

• Important: Only use the official ETA-IL website.  Many third-praty vendors online charge significantly higher fees for the same service.  If the website does not end in "gov.il," do not use it 

Each traveler, including children, must have their own approved ETA-IL. Once issued, it is generally valid for two years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first, and may be used for multiple entries into Israel.

We recommend completing your ETA-IL as soon as you have your final travel details, and no later than 2-3 weeks before departure.
