Day 1 – May 24, 2027 | Overnight Flight to Tel Aviv

Depart on your international overnight flight to Tel Aviv. Enjoy in-flight meals and prepare your heart for the journey ahead.

Day 2 – May 25 | Arrival in Israel | Jaffa | Coastal Plain

Welcome to the Land of Promise! Upon arrival at Ben Gurion International Airport, meet your guide and travel to ancient Jaffa, one of the oldest port cities in the world. Stroll through its charming alleyways and reflect on Peter’s vision and Jonah’s departure from this historic harbor. Continue north along the Mediterranean coast to your hotel in Herzliya or Netanya.  Dinner and Overnight: Herzliya / Netanya

Day 3 – May 26 | Caesarea | Mount Carmel | Megiddo | Nazareth

Begin at Caesarea Maritima, where Peter baptized Cornelius and Paul stood trial. Travel to Mount Carmel, recalling Elijah’s dramatic victory over the prophets of Baal. Continue to Megiddo (Armageddon) overlooking the Jezreel Valley. Visit Nazareth, Jesus’ boyhood town, and stand atop Mount Precipice, enjoying panoramic views of the Galilee region.  Dinner and Overnight: Tiberias

Day 4 – May 27 | Sea of Galilee Ministry Sites

Experience a powerful day around the Sea of Galilee, where much of Jesus’ ministry unfolded. Visit the first-century Magdala Synagogue, Capernaum, Jesus’ ministry headquarters, and Tabgha, commemorating the feeding of the 5,000. Travel to the region of the Gadarenes, and reflect at the serene Mount of Beatitudes. If time permits, explore the possible site of Bethsaida.  Dinner and Overnight: Tiberias

Day 5 – May 28 | Ancient North & Golan Heights

Visit Kibbutz Ginnosar to view the remarkable first-century “Jesus Boat.” Enjoy a peaceful boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, worshiping and reflecting on the Gospel accounts. Travel north to Tel Dan and Caesarea Philippi, where Peter declared, “You are the Christ.” Conclude the day on the strategic heights of Mount Bental in the Golan Heights.  Dinner and Overnight: Tiberias

Day 6 – May 29 | Jordan Valley | Baptism Site | Dead Sea

Journey south to Beit She’an, one of the Decapolis cities. Stop at Ein Harod, linked to Gideon’s army. Continue through the Jordan Valley to ancient Jericho. Visit Kaser El Yehud, the traditional baptismal site on the Jordan River (opportunity for optional baptism). End the day floating in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea.  Dinner and Overnight: Dead Sea

Day 7 – May 30 | Masada | Ein Gedi | Qumran | Jerusalem

Ascend Masada, Herod’s desert fortress and symbol of Jewish resilience. Explore Ein Gedi, where David hid from Saul. Visit Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Ascend to Jerusalem and enjoy your first view of the Holy City from Mount Scopus.  Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem

Day 8 – May 31 | Israel Museum | Yad Vashem | Valley of Elah

Visit the Israel Museum, home to the Shrine of the Book and a detailed model of Jerusalem in Jesus’ time. Reflect at Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Memorial. Travel to the Valley of Elah and the stream where David chose five smooth stones before facing Goliath.  Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem

Day 9 – June 1 | Mount of Olives | The Passion of Christ

Ascend the Mount of Olives for a breathtaking view of Jerusalem. Walk the Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit the Upper Room, the House of Caiaphas, and St. Peter in Gallicantu. Conclude this moving day at Golgotha and the peaceful Garden Tomb, celebrating the hope of the Resurrection.  Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem

Day 10 – June 2 | Jerusalem Old City | Bethlehem

Explore the treasures of the Old City of Jerusalem. Visit Mount Moriah / Temple Mount area, the Pools of Bethesda, and the City of David. Walk along the Western Wall Tunnel and pray at the Western Wall. Travel to Bethlehem, birthplace of our Savior.  Dinner and Overnight: Jerusalem

Day 11 – June 3 | Departure

Transfer to Ben Gurion International Airport for your return flight home, carrying with you unforgettable memories and a deeper connection to Scripture.

Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required from each traveler along with their reservation form to guarantee the booking as soon as possible. 

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to (aliyahtours@gmail.com) or in writing sent by mail to; P.O. Box 74111, Richmond VA 23236) to Aliyah Tours.

Payment Timeline:

• Non-refundable Deposit Payment of $500.00 at the time of registration.
• Airfare is due upon ticketing of flight.
• Final payment is due on 03/10/27, including private room fee.

Cancellation Fees:  

• Deposit is non-refundable.

• Up to 4 months prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 50% of other amounts paid.

• Up to 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 75% of other amounts paid.

• Within 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid. 

• Bank fees assigned by the credit card processing platform are not refundable. 

• The guest agrees not to file a fraud claim with their credit card company if Aliyah abides by the cancellation policy noted in these terms and conditions. 

• The guest agrees to contact an Aliyah representative before initiating a billing dispute with any outside agency. 

• If the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents in Europe (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, foreceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances), then the full tour price will be refunded less the initial deposit of $500. Aliyah may take up to 12 weeks from the date of an official tour cancellation to refund any tour payments as described in the above cancellation policy.  

Tour Arrangements
Air – Air arrangements are included in most group tours. Air is available to individual travelers upon request.
Land – All packages including overnight hotel stays are quoted based upon double occupancy sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Aliyah Tours. does not arrange sharing for individual travelers. Single rooms are available at additional cost. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels based upon availability when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per itinerary. Individual passengers and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group are responsible for their own transfers.

Not Included
Airport taxes and transfers (unless specifically included in certain group tours), optional tours, charges for passports, vaccinations and inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident, trip cancellation and baggage insurance, telephone and cable charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature and any items not specifically listed as included.

Passports/Visa
You will be required to provide Aliyah Tours with a copy of your passport 6 weeks before the tour. It can take as long as 10 weeks to process a passport application in the USA. Please expedite passport applications submitted within 3 months of the tour departure date. Also note: The State of Israel requires that your passport have an expiration date valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Israel. Other nationals should contact their consulate for visa information. For other destinations, please get in touch with Aliyah Tours.  Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please get in touch with public health authorities for further information or other destinations. Passports must be valid until December 4, 2027 for this tour. 

Travel Insurance
Trave insurance is an essential part of international travel, and Aliyah Tours strongly advises each guest to purchase travel insurance that covers trip interruptions, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and emergency medical expenses for this tour.  There will be no exceptions to the stated cancellation policy listed below.  Click on the following link to see price quotes on several travel insurance options. Get Travel Insurance here. 

Baggage
Suitcases: 1 per person, not to exceed 50 lbs. for 1 bag. Each can measure up to 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Carry On Luggage: 1 per person, not to exceed 11 lbs. Each can measure up to 45 linear inches (length + height + width).

Deviations
Any change in the basic program will result in a charge of $150 per change per person, plus any additional charges that may apply for revised air or land arrangements.

Unexpected Airline Challenges
Airlines can and will make unexpected changes to travel itineraries due to weather, mechanical problems and staffing issues. Should your flight be delayed or canceled, it is up to the passenger to work directly with the airline to rebook flights to the intended destination. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for airline changes that cause delays, cancellations, late arrivals, baggage loss, and associated expenses. Group transfers are limited to the original arrival time and will not be available for rescheduled flights. (Air travel ticketing agents affiliated with Aliyah Tours are not responsible for rebooking your canceled or delayed flights.) Travel insurance is highly recommended to address all these challenges and the associated expenses for the traveler. 

Health and Mobility Challenges

The streets and sites we visit are not wheelchair and walker-friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Tour drivers will take breaks and lock up their buses when unattended. Guests cannot be left alone on an unattended bus should they choose to opt-out. If you have health challenges, please consult an Aliyah Tours representative before you put down a deposit on a tour.  

For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants, our Israel tours involve a moderate to rigorous level of physical activity.  Travelers should be able to:

• Walk 3-5 miles per day over uneven terrain, steps, inclines, and archaeological sites
• Stand for extended periods during teachings and site visits
• Manage personal luggage, travel documents, and personal needs independently
• Navigate airports, airline procedures, security, customs, and flight connections without assistance from ministry staff
• Keep pace with a group schedule that may include early mornings and full travel days

We joyfully welcome travelers from many seasons of life.  However, Aliyah Foundation ministry staff and tour leaders are not able to provide personal travel assistance, airport navigation support, mobility assistance, medical supervision, or daily personal care. 

Travelers who anticipate needing assistance in any of these areas are asked to travel with a capable companion who can provide the necessary support throughout the journey. 

Our goal is to ensure every guest experiences Israel in a safe, meaningful, and spiritually enriching way. 

Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) Requirement - Israel Tours

All non-Israeli guests participating in the tour are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to arrival in Israel. The ETA-IL is a mandatory pre-entry approval implemented by the Israeli government in 2025 for travelers from visa-exempt countries. Guests must apply online through the official ETA-IL website at Israel-entry | Page Home and receive approval before boarding their flight. Do not use third party sites for the application process. The cost of the official ETA-IL visa application is 25 Shekels or about $8.00. The application approval should be submitted to Aliyah Tours one month before departure. Earlier submission is strongly recommended to avoid any delays or issues. Approval is typically valid for up to two years or until passport expiration (whichever comes first) and allows for multiple entries during its validity. It is the responsibility of each guest to complete the application accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to obtain ETA-IL approval may result in denial of boarding or entry into Israel, and the tour operator will not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result.

Guests traveling from countries other than the host country are responsible for determining and meeting all entry, visa, passport, and documentation requirements for the destination country. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for delays, denied entry, or additional costs resulting from a guest’s failure to comply with these requirements. Any penalties, fees, or expenses incurred due to insufficient preparation are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Activity Levels 

This Tour has an Activity Level Rating of 3-4.

3- Moderate - Moderate tours accommodate guests who are moderately fit, and are comfortable participating in long days of activity. Some physical exertion is expected.

4- Active tours are appropriate for guests who are physically fit, expect a vigorous pace and longer tour days, including walking tours of up to 4 hours without a rest period on the motorcoach.
