DAY 1 – Depart North America
Depart from North America on your overnight flight to Tel Aviv, Israel. Meals will be served during your flight.
DAY 2 – Arrival in Israel & the Mediterranean Coast
Arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport in Tel Aviv. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a visit to the ancient port city of Jaffa, where biblical history meets modern Israel. Continue to your hotel on Israel's beautiful Mediterranean coast in Herzliya (or similar). Enjoy dinner at the hotel and a restful night's sleep.
DAY 3 – Along the Mediterranean Coast to the Sea of Galilee
After a full Israeli breakfast, depart north to Caesarea, where Paul was imprisoned before sailing to Rome. Continue to Mount Carmel, where Elijah confronted the prophets of Baal (1 Kings 18).
Enjoy lunch on your own at a local Israeli restaurant featuring Israeli favorites such as schnitzel or falafel.
Continue to Megiddo, the biblical site associated with Armageddon (Revelation 16:16), before visiting Nazareth, the hometown of Jesus.
Arrive at your hotel overlooking the Sea of Galilee for dinner and overnight.
DAY 4 – Exploring the Golan Heights
After breakfast, visit Tel Dan and Caesarea Philippi, where Peter declared Jesus to be the Messiah.
Continue into the Golan Heights for spectacular views of northern Israel.
Enjoy an optional traditional Druze hospitality lunch (not included), followed by a visit to a local olive oil producer and boutique winery, where you'll learn about two of Israel's oldest agricultural traditions.
Return to your hotel on the Sea of Galilee for dinner and overnight.
DAY 5 – The Ministry of Jesus Around the Sea of Galilee
After breakfast, visit the ancient synagogue ruins of Chorazin, one of the towns where Jesus ministered.
Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus delivered the Sermon on the Mount.
Enjoy a memorable boat ride across the Sea of Galilee.
Savor a traditional St. Peter's Fish lunch (included).
Visit Capernaum, the center of Jesus' Galilean ministry, before concluding the day at Yardenit on the Jordan River, where those who wish may participate in a remembrance or renewal of their baptism.
Dinner and overnight at the Sea of Galilee.
DAY 6 – Jordan Valley, Beit Shean & the Dead Sea
Depart the Galilee and travel south to Beit Shean, one of Israel's most impressive archaeological sites and the location associated with the deaths of King Saul and Jonathan.
Continue to Gan HaShlosha (Sachne), one of Israel's most beautiful natural springs, where there will be time to relax or enjoy a swim.
Travel through the Jordan Valley to the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth, where you may experience the unique sensation of floating in its mineral-rich waters.
Continue to Jerusalem for dinner and overnight.
DAY 7 – The Old City of Jerusalem
Begin the day atop the Mount of Olives with breathtaking panoramic views of Jerusalem.
Walk the Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane, then explore the City of David, including Hezekiah's Tunnel (water level permitting).
Visit the Southern Steps of the Temple Mount and conclude at the Western Wall, Judaism's holiest prayer site.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 8 – The Valley of Elah & Beth Guvrin
Explore Beth Guvrin National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its remarkable underground cave systems.
Travel through the Valley of Elah, where David defeated Goliath.
Continue to Latrun to visit the Yad LaShiryon Armored Corps Memorial Museum, offering insight into Israel's modern history, before returning to Jerusalem.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 9 – Masada & Ein Gedi
Travel through the Judean Wilderness to Masada, Herod's magnificent desert fortress and the final stronghold of Jewish resistance against Rome.
Ascend Masada by cable car (or hike for those who wish) and explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continue to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve, where David sought refuge from King Saul, and enjoy time exploring this lush oasis before returning to Jerusalem.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 10 – Jerusalem's New City
If open to visitors, visit the Temple Mount (Mount Moriah) before continuing to Mount Zion.
Explore the Jewish Quarter, including the ancient Cardo, then walk through portions of the Christian Quarter.
Visit the Garden Tomb for a meaningful time of worship and reflection.
Enjoy a free evening on Ben Yehuda Street, Jerusalem's vibrant pedestrian promenade.
Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.
DAY 11 – Jerusalem & Departure
Enjoy a leisurely morning before checking out of the hotel.
Visit the Israel Museum, including the remarkable Second Temple Period Model, followed by a panoramic view of the Knesset, Israel's Parliament.
Continue to Yad Vashem, Israel's national Holocaust memorial and museum.
Conclude your pilgrimage with a farewell dinner in the historic port city of Jaffa before transferring to Ben Gurion International Airport for your overnight flight home.

Cancellation Fees:

Deposit is non-refundable.

Up to 4 months prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 50% of other amounts paid.

Up to 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 75% of other amounts paid.

Within 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid.

Bank fees assigned by the credit card processing platform are not refundable.

The guest agrees not to file a fraud claim with their credit card company if Aliyah abides by the cancellation policy noted in these terms and conditions.

The guest agrees to contact an Aliyah representative before initiating a billing dispute with any outside agency.

If the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents in Europe (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, explosion, flood, tempest, foreceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances), then the full tour price will be refunded less the initial deposit of $500. Aliyah may take up to 12 weeks from the date of an official tour cancellation to refund any tour payments as described in the above cancellation policy.
Tour Arrangements
Air – Air arrangements are included in most group tours. Air is available to individual travelers upon request.
Land – All packages including overnight hotel stays are quoted based upon double occupancy sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Aliyah Tours. does not arrange sharing for individual travelers. Single rooms are available at additional cost. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels based upon availability when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per itinerary. Individual passengers and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group are responsible for their own transfers.
Not Included
Airport taxes and transfers (unless specifically included in certain group tours), optional tours, charges for passports, vaccinations and inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident, trip cancellation and baggage insurance, telephone and cable charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature and any items not specifically listed as included.
Passports/Visa
You will be required to provide Aliyah Tours with a copy of your passport 6 weeks before the tour. It can take as long as 10 weeks to process a passport application in the USA. Please expedite passport applications submitted within 3 months of the tour departure date. Also note: The State of Israel requires that your passport have an expiration date valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Israel. Other nationals should contact their consulate for visa information. For other destinations, please get in touch with Aliyah Tours. Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please get in touch with public health authorities for further information or other destinations. Passports must be valid through December 10, 2027.
Travel Insurance
Trave insurance is an essential part of international travel, and Aliyah Tours strongly advises each guest to purchase travel insurance that covers trip interruptions, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and emergency medical expenses for this tour. Baggage
Suitcases: 1 per person, not to exceed 50 lbs. for 1 bag. Each can measure up to 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Carry On Luggage: 1 per person, not to exceed 11 lbs. Each can measure up to 45 linear inches (length + height + width).
Deviations
Any change in the basic program will result in a charge of $150 per change per person, plus any additional charges that may apply for revised air or land arrangements.
Unexpected Airline Challenges
Airlines can and will make unexpected changes to travel itineraries due to weather, mechanical problems and staffing issues. Should your flight be delayed or canceled, it is up to the passenger to work directly with the airline to rebook flights to the intended destination. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for airline changes that cause delays, cancellations, late arrivals, baggage loss, and associated expenses. Group transfers are limited to the original arrival time and will not be available for rescheduled flights. (Air travel ticketing agents affiliated with Aliyah Tours are not responsible for rebooking your canceled or delayed flights.) Travel insurance is highly recommended to address all these challenges and the associated expenses for the traveler.
Health and Mobility Challenges

The streets and sites we visit are not wheelchair and walker-friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Tour drivers will take breaks and lock up their buses when unattended. Guests cannot be left alone on an unattended bus should they choose to opt-out. If you have health challenges, please consult an Aliyah Tours representative before you put down a deposit on a tour.
For the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all participants, our Israel tours involve a moderate to rigorous level of physical activity. Travelers should be able to:
- Walk 3-5 miles per day over uneven terrain, steps, inclines, and archaeological sites
- Stand for extended periods during teachings and site visits
- Manage personal luggage, travel documents, and personal needs independently
- Navigate airports, airline procedures, security, customs, and flight connections without assistance from ministry staff
- Keep pace with a group schedule that may include early mornings and full travel days
We joyfully welcome travelers from many seasons of life. However, Aliyah Foundation ministry staff and tour leaders are not able to provide personal travel assistance, airport navigation support, mobility assistance, medical supervision, or daily personal care.
Travelers who anticipate needing assistance in any of these areas are asked to travel with a capable companion who can provide the necessary support throughout the journey.
Our goal is to ensure every guest experiences Israel in a safe, meaningful, and spiritually enriching way.
Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) Requirement - Israel Tours
All non-Israeli guests participating in the tour are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA-IL) prior to arrival in Israel. The ETA-IL is a mandatory pre-entry approval implemented by the Israeli government in 2025 for travelers from visa-exempt countries. Guests must apply online through the official ETA-IL website at Israel-entry | Page Home and receive approval before boarding their flight. Do not use third party sites for the application process. The cost of the official ETA-IL visa application is 25 Shekels or about $8.00. The application approval should be submitted to Aliyah Tours one month before departure. Earlier submission is strongly recommended to avoid any delays or issues. Approval is typically valid for up to two years or until passport expiration (whichever comes first) and allows for multiple entries during its validity. It is the responsibility of each guest to complete the application accurately and in a timely manner. Failure to obtain ETA-IL approval may result in denial of boarding or entry into Israel, and the tour operator will not be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred as a result.

Guests traveling from countries other than the host country are responsible for determining and meeting all entry, visa, passport, and documentation requirements for the destination country. Any penalties, fees, or expenses incurred due to insufficient preparation are the sole responsibility of the guest.
