Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport near Tel-Aviv. Based on your arrival time you may be able to drive to the ancient city of Jaffa where the prophet Jonah set sail for Tarshish, the Apostle Peter raised Tabitha, and where Peter’s vision opened up the Gospel to people from all nations. Drive by Independence Hall in Tel Aviv, where the state of Israel was born. Begin your pilgrimage in the Holy Land, with the Lord, on the shores of the Mediterranean. Those who arrive later can go straight to the hotel. Drive to your hotel. Dinner and overnight: Hotel by the Mediterranean.

DAY 3

 

Caesarea / Mount Carmel / Armageddon / Jezreel

Sea of Galilee

Drive along the Plains of the Sharon and the Mediterranean Sea to the ancient city of Caesarea built by Herod the Great 2000 years ago, where Paul stood before Agrippa and where Peter baptized the first Gentile, Cornelius. See the Roman Theater and the ancient shore where Paul was taken to RomeAscend to the top of Mt. Carmel where Elijah challenged and defeated the prophets of Baal. DAY 4

 

Capernaum / Explore The Land of Galilee/ The Ancient Biblical City of Katzrin / Jesus Boat / Candlelight Communion at Chorazim

Begin the day entering the ancient city of Capernaum, where Messiah dwelt, ministered, and healed the sick. Visit the excavation of the House of the Apostle Peter and worship in the Ancient Synagogue of Capernaum. Explore the Land of Galilee, walk in the footsteps of Messiah. Spend an unforgettable time going back in time to Katzrin, that is an actual ancient city of Israel, and as alive as it was 2000 years ago!  See biblical scribes copy the Scriptures, biblical women crush olives and grapes, and take part in it, as if you were living in biblical times, & much more. At Kibbutz Ginnosar visit the Jesus Boat from the time and place of Jesus. In the evening, seal the day by experiencing a special Candlelight Service on the very ground of the Ancient Synagogue of Chorazim, where Messiah actually stood and ministered, and partake in a special time of Communion!  Dinner and Overnight: Hotel by the Sea of Galilee.

DAY 5

 

Renewal of vows at Cana / Nazareth / Mt. Precipice

In the morning enter to the Land of Cana and Tzippori, where Messiah performed His first miracle at the Wedding. While here, you can renew your consecration to the Lord, and couples can renew their vows to each other, in a special ceremony of Re-dedication. Then, you’ll go up to Mt. Precipicewhere Messiah would have stood overlooking the Jezreel Valley and see Nazareth, the place where Messiah spent most of His time on earth. Then experience a very special time with the Lord on the Northern Shore of the Sea of Galilee where Messiah called His disciples, in the land of Tabgha, the place of miracles. At the end of the day, as the sun sets, you’ll board one of the Galilean ships, as did the disciples, and Sail on the Sea of Galilee in worship and in the Lord’s presence, as did the disciples. Dinner and overnight: Hotel by the Sea of Galilee.

 

DAY 6

 

Baptism in the Jordan River / Gideon’s Spring

Journey Through the Land of the Dead Sea / Masada

Special Evening Experience in the Biblical Wilderness

You’ll start the day at the baptismal site Yardenit in a special baptism in the waters of the Jordan River (if you’ve never been baptized, or if you want to renew your dedication in God, or just take part in the experience). Then you’ll journey down the path of the Jordan River to stand over Gideon’s Spring, the site where Gideon chose his army. (Judges 7:1-25)  Pass by the Caves of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the cliffs of En Gedi.  Then, you’ll descend to the lowest place on earth, to the land of the Dead Sea, then ascend on a cable car up the dramatic and prophetic mountain of Masada, where Israel made its last stand against Rome. See Herod’s Palace, the Ancient Chambers, the Ancient Synagogue containing an amazing mystery. Then you’ll be taken into the majestic wilderness of the Bible to have a special Biblical Wilderness Night Experience with the Lord under the stars. Spend the night in your hotel by the Dead Sea. 

DAY 7

 

A Time of Relaxing at the Dead Sea / Bedouin Experience  

       Camel Ride / A Special Bedouin Banquet (Optional) Sunday Worship Service / A Surprise Mystery Site /  Overlook Bethlehem / Ascend to Jerusalem

Take time in the morning to relax and bathe in the Dead Sea, an experience like no other, or swim in the pool or spa, or just relax.  Later, set out to places most people never get to see – Experience the Wilderness in the Bedouin Tent Camp of Kfar Hanokdim, where you’ll have the Biblical experience of riding a camel in the desert and enjoy Bedouin Hospitality – and a Bedouin Banquet (Optional).  A Sunday Worship Service in the wilderness of the Bible!  Then, at least one or more Surprise Mystery Sites! (One of them is a place you already know from the Bible but will experience in reality (we can’t tell you yet!) Finally, ascend to the Mountains of Moriah, to the center of the world, to behold the Holy City, the city of your salvation: Jerusalem.  Dinner and Overnight: Hotel in Jerusalem.

DAY 8

 

WAY OF THE PATRIARCHS/ELON MOREH/MT. GERIZIM/THE MOUNTAIN OF BLESSINGS/SHECHEM/SHILOH/BETH EL/SAMARITAN SYNAGOGUE/CANDLELIGHT SERVICE AT BETHLEHEM

Experience another day that most people never experience as we embark on an adventure following the footsteps of  Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob on the Road of the Patriarchs. Journey to Elon Moreh, the “Oaks of Moreh” where Abraham stood and built an altar to the Lord. Go up the Mountain of Blessing, Mt. Gerizim, where the blessings of God were recited in the Book of Joshua. Overlook the ancient city of Shechem where the patriarchs dwelt, where the story of Joseph and his twelve brothers took place. See the land where Messiah spoke to the woman at the well, and where the tomb of Joseph rests. Ascend to Shiloh to the place where the actual Tabernacle of God, the altar, the Holy Place, the Holy of Holies rested for hundreds of years. Go up to the mountain of Beth El (The House of God), where Jacob laid down and where the dream of Jacob’s Laddertook place. See the Synagogue of the Samaritans.  Then seal the day at night with a beautiful  experience overlooking the little town of  Bethlehem – where you’ll hear a special teaching of its mystery, and worship with songs and carols by candlelight. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 9

Jerusalem / Temple Mount / Pools of Bethesda 

The Lion’s Gate / Jaffa Gate / The Shuk / Holy Sepulcher The Cardo / The Western Wall / The Temple Steps / The Underground Tunnels / The Eastern Gate / The Garden of Gethsemane  /  Farewell Dinner Celebration 

Begin the day at the center of the world, the Temple Mount, where the Temple of God stood, and where Messiah is coming back to reign. Stand in the place where most of the people of the Bible walked, from David and Solomon ,to the apostles Peter and Paul, and Messiah Himself. See the Pools of Bethesda, where Messiah healed the crippled man. Walk through the Lion’s Gate, the gate through which Israel regained Jerusalem in 1967.  Enter the Jaffa Gate and walk through the ancient market place, theShuk. See the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Walk the streets of the ancient Cardo and enter the Jewish quarter and see prophecy fulfilled before your eyes. Spend some free time on your own, journeying through the streets of Jerusalem. Go on an ‘Indiana Jones’ adventure in the Ancient Tunnel under the Temple Mount! Approach the Western Wall, the holiest place in Judaism, and spend time in the Lord’s presence by the ancient stones. Gather at the Ancient Steps of the Temple, the actual ancient steps where Messiah, and so many other biblical people, actually walked. Take an unforgettable prophetic journey in between the Mount of Olives and the Temple’s Eastern Wall, to arrive at your destination, the Eastern Gate, where Messiah will enter at His second coming. Close the day with an unforgettable time in Garden of Gethsemane at night, where you’ll worship, have special time with the Lord, and experience Communion.  Then, seal it all with a special Farewell Dinner Celebration. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

DAY 10

 

House of Caiaphas / Peter’s Courtyard / Garden Tomb

The Upper Room / Mount of Olives / The Anointing

Begin the day at the House of Caiaphas, where the Lord was taken by the High Priests, and see the Courtyard of Peter. Come to the Garden Tomb, Calvary, Golgotha. Enter the Tomb and celebrate the Resurrection. Stand in the Upper Room where the Apostles received the Holy Spirit. Then, seal your pilgrimage as you ascend to the Mount of Olives, the place from which Messiah came to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, where He ascended to Heaven, and where His feet will stand again at His Second Coming. On the Mount of Olives, you’ll have a special time of worship and intercession for the nations, and a special Anointing Service for power and breakthrough in your life, as you get ready to return home.  Leave Jerusalem for the airport for your flight back from the Holy Land, or stay overnight and fly the next day.

DAY 11

 

Carry home the blessings, the renewing, the empowering, the anointing, the wonder, and the joy of the Promised Land into your Life!

Our Agent will offer you Direct Flights into Israel from several USA airports. 

Domestic flights: We recommend allowing our travel desk to book your flight from the airport near you to one of the Direct Flight airports. 

Airfare Payment: Upon booking your airline ticket, please provide a valid Credit Card to the agent.

Airport *Group Transfer in Israel for Super Tour 2024
(*We only offer Group Transfer; we do not offer individual transfers)

Arrival:
To take advantage of the airport "Group Transfer", your flight needs to arrive in Israel at the Ben Gurion airport (TLV) between the hours of 9am (or before) and before 3pm on November 5th.  Group transfers will begin leaving the airport at 10am.

Return:
Your flight must depart Tel Aviv airport on November 13, 2024 after 11pm.  The group transfer bus will drop all guests off at the airport at 8pm on November 13th.  Please be at the airport 3 hours before your flight leaves.

Individual Airport Transfer:
Outside of the arrival/departure times listed above, you are responsible for your own private airport transfers by taxi (from the airport and then back to the aiport).  Airport Taxis are readily available and easy to obtain. 

Please send us your flight details at least six weeks prior to the tour departure date, so that we may prepare your transfer.

Airfare ticketing begins in April 2024.

Deposits and Payments: A deposit of $500 is required from each traveler, along with their reservation form, to guarantee the booking as soon as possible. The remaining balance is due in 2 payments.  Airfare payment and Final payment.

1. Airfare Payment is due upon ticketing the flight.

2. Final Payment is due 4 months from the Travel Date.

  • A supplement for single occupancy must be paid in full with the final payment.
  • For those traveling on the land package only, air travel is not included, see the pricing tab.
  • If using a credit card, a 3% service fee will be added to the total.
  • Failure to pay the amounts due by the above deadlines is grounds for cancellation of your reservation.,
  • Cancellation fees will apply if your reservation is canceled due to late or insufficient payments. 

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to tours@aliyahfoundation.org or in writing, mailed to: Aliyah Tours, P.O. Box 74111, Richmond VA 23236).

Cancellation Fees: 

  • $500 Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Up to 4 months prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 50% of other amounts paid.
  • Up to 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is the initial deposit plus 75% of other amounts paid. 

Within 6 weeks prior to departure date, the cancellation fee is 100% of all amounts paid. 

If the tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of Aliyah Tours or our agents (including without limitation: acts of nature, terrorist activities, insurrection, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil disturbance, labor strikes, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances), then the full tour price will be refunded less the initial deposit of $500.  Additionally, if a tour is canceled, an alternative date may be offered. Aliyah may take up to 12 weeks from the date of an official tour cancellation to refund any tour payments as described in the above cancellation policy.  Bank fees assigned by the credit card processing platform are not refundable.  The guest agrees not to file a fraud claim with their credit card company if Aliyah abides by the cancellation policy noted in these terms and conditions.  The guest agrees to contact Aliyah representative before initiating a billing dispute with any outside agency.   

Travel Insurance

Tour Arrangements:

Land – All packages, including overnight hotel stays, are quoted based upon double occupancy; sharing a twin or double room with private facilities. Aliyah Tours does not arrange sharing for individual travelers. Single rooms are available at additional cost. Aliyah Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, based upon availability, when necessary. Sightseeing and entrance fees are included as per itinerary. Individual passengers, and passengers arriving independently from a scheduled group, are responsible for their own transfers.

Flight Arrangements – Our travel desk can take care of all your flight requirements. However, if you choose to book your own flight, the cost of your trip would be $3195.00 per person. You must submit your confirmed flight information to Aliyah Tours before September 22, 2024, which is six weeks before the tour.

To take advantage of our Airport Transfer, which is included in the tour price, your flight needs to arrive in Israel at the Ben Gurion airport (TLV) before 3:00 PM on November 5, 2024 and leave after 11:00 PM on November 13, 2024. If you do not arrive during these times, you will be responsible to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel at your own expense. 

Exclusions - Flights are booked separately and in addition to the tour price of $3,195. Other exclusions include: airport taxis (required for private transfers outside of group transfer times), private optional tours, charges for passports, excess baggage charges, travel insurance, telephone and cable charges, laundry, meals not specified in the itinerary, liquor, items of a personal nature, and any items not specifically listed as included.

Passports/Visa - You will be required to provide Aliyah Tours with a copy of your passport before September 22, 2024, which is 6 weeks before the tour. It can take as long as 12 weeks to process a passport application in the USA. Please expedite passport applications submitted after June 30, 2024. Also note: The State of Israel requires that your passport have an expiration date valid for at least 6 months after your date of departure from Israel. There is no visa requirement for citizens of the United States traveling to Israel. Other nationals should contact their consulate for visa information. For other destinations, please contact Aliyah Tours.  Aliyah Tours does NOT process visa applications. No inoculations are currently required for travel to Israel. Please contact public health authorities for further information or other destinations.

Age Restrictions - All tour registrants must be aged 13 years or older at the time of travel. 

Baggage
Suitcases: 1 per person, not to exceed 50 lbs. for 1 bag. Each can measure up to 62 linear inches (length + height + width). Carry On Luggage: 1 per person, not to exceed 11 lbs. Each can measure up to 45 linear inches (length + height + width). Since all airline requirements differ slightly, please check the airline website for their specific luggage size and weight.

Deviations
Any change in the basic program will result in the charge of $150 per change per person plus any additional charges that may apply for revised air or land arrangements.

Unexpected Airline Challenges
Airlines can and will make unexpected changes to travel itineraries due to weather, mechanical problems and staffing issues. Should your flight be delayed or canceled, it is up to the passenger to work directly with the airline to rebook flights to the intended destination. Aliyah Tours is not responsible for airline changes that cause delays, cancellations, late arrivals, baggage loss, and associated expenses. Group transfers are limited to the original arrival time and will not be available for rescheduled flights. (Air travel ticketing agents affiliated with Aliyah Tours are not responsible for rebooking your canceled or delayed flights.) Travel insurance is highly recommended to address all these challenges and the associated expenses for the traveler. 

Health and Mobility Challenges
Tours in Israel include areas that have uneven footing, few handrails, rocky pathways, and some steep climbs. The streets and sites we visit are not wheelchair and walker friendly. Most of our tours include 3-5 miles of walking per day. Guests with mobility challenges or other health issues should make private arrangements to travel with a caregiver who can stay with them if they need to opt out of a tour stop. Guests cannot be left alone or on the bus should they choose to opt out. If you have health challenges, please consult an Aliyah Tours representative before you put down a deposit on a tour.

  • No Covid-19 testing is required before or during your trip to Israel. Subject to change by state authorities.

Tourists from many countries (USA, Canada and others) will NOT need a Tourist Visa to enter Israel. However there are Tourists from some countries who will need to obtain a Tourist Visa before travelling to Israel.
